Dennis Beson

Dennis is a customer service coach who helps businesses establish and maintain company productivity and efficiency by means of customized training.  Dennis started his business in 2002 to assist employers with the specific requirements of Essential Work Skills to new and existing employees respectively.

Dennis is a 1992 graduate of Michigan State University.  Since then, he has established a very successful career in the field of sales and management.  Dennis has been involved in all components of the sales sector, from a representative, to sales/service management, to ownership of his own company. In the past 18 years, he has built his excellent customer service reputation on one solid principal.  Treat the customer as you would want to be treated.

Dennis has taken this statement and developed a customer service training program that assists people focus on the important things in life and how those simple things can be transferred to customer service second to none.

The EWS Certificate program was developed with the employer in mind.  There are three basic principals’ to focus on: Reliability, Positive Attitude and good customer service.  Through the use of hands on role playing, interactive lecture and the motivation, the class covers topics such as: basic life skills, interacting with co-workers/supervisors, telephone etiquette and face to face customer relationships.

Mr. Beson is a respected member of the Midland, Bay and Saginaw business community.  He is involved with numerous local charities.  In his spare time, Dennis is the infield announcer for the Great Lakes Loons, the lead singer of The Sinclairs Band and the father of two teenage daughters.  He also serves as president of Dstreet Entertainment Foundation. Dennis also continues to broaden his popularity throughout the state of Michigan by speaking at many seminars, conferences and business expos.
